the walls were thin i could hear everything from neighboring apartments this lack of soundproofing made relaxation difficult the bed was too firm for my liking i woke up with back pain each morning the pillows were also flat providing little support

The studio was super clean and had everything needed. Workers were kind. accommodating. I requested a late checkout and the staff was very helpful. The location was pretty central, so it was easy to walk to many attractions.

I noticed very few electric sockets in the room, which slightly limited my ability to work comfortably. There was also no chair provided for the desk in the room.

The apartment featured modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A fitness center was available. it contained treadmills and elliptical machines. High-speed wifi was accessible throughout the premises.

The reception team offered really good hospitality and assistance. Staff members were multilingual and provided helpful local recommendations. Daily housekeeping maintained perfect cleanliness in all rooms. the staff promptly addressed requests.

the desk concierge offered spot on local sight suggestions, i found him kind and patient.

i was aware of the location on a street with trams. upon arrival, i learned the quiet apartment was given to another guest, so they switched us to the first floor. the rumble and clang of the trams was non-stop, day and night without relief.

The team was fantastic. They were helpful . the rooms were clean and very modern i thought, and the rain shower and the beds were amazing. i'd stay again.

the soundproofing wasn't great and it was tricky because the building is historic!
